Transparent Sunlamp Recolor

This is just a transparent sunlamp recolor. When the light is on you can only see the bulbs and when it is off, it is completely invisible, so it doesn't get in the way.
I have include a picture of a plant baby playing in her room under one the transparent lights to show that is is warming her.
