This Dorm is a large dorm with 10 Dorms rooms along with plenty of extras so the students will never have leave, well, exact for class I guess. The dorm stand 5 stories tall plus an accessible rooftop. There is Parking available for the students as well, with 2 being for Seniors Only (just a recolor of driveway).

The 1st Floor offers a large cafeteria, study area, library, a 3 private call centers.

The 2nd & 3rd Floors are the dorm rooms (with single bed, desk with chair, dresser) and large Unisex bathrooms with 4 Private showers on both floors.


The 4th Floor is where the bored college student will go to play a little pool, eat a snack, watch TV, play video games, or a little poker (just please play responsibly, Mom and Dad will not be happy if you gamble all your college funds away). There are also 2 private bathrooms on this floor as well.

The 5th Floor is complete with a Nice Music Room that offers everything your creative sim could need and a large Gym for that athletic sim to keep in shape or that not so athletic sim to get in shape. The gym also offers a bathroom with community showers.

Outside, there is plenty for your sim to do when the weather is nice, a large pool to cool off in, Skating Rink to show off in, and a large outdoor common area complete with chess tables, Bon Fire needs, Bubble Blower, Grill, and Bar. The roof offers a couple of telescopes to stargaze with or spy on your neighbor.

I have played this dorm and LOVE it. I hope you will enjoy it too. Sorry I don't remember what the bills run, but I am sure they are HIGH!!! But nothing that a little "kaching" won't cure.

Custom content in this lot is only the 2 driveway recolors and maxis tile I had changed the price on and accidently used in this lot.
