The Tiarivera is a beautiful tudor-styled mansion that can house as many sims as you like! It requires no expansion or stuff packs, It's all from the Base Game, so it's compatible with all game configurations. Your rich sims will love it, along with your more "family oriented" sims.

Description
The Tiarivera [tee-uh-riv-erh-uh] is a beautiful tudor home for any family. The landscaping is truly outstanding. You can house any amount of sims in it, and there is an empty 3rd floor, with dormers only, therefore, you can expand as the sim family gets larger. The Tiarivera is not reccomended for dim-witted sims, as they may get lost in it.
Features
The Tiarivera's yard includes :
One un-swimmable lake
One Weeping Willow
Two beautiful Japanese Blossom Trees
One perfectly-squared lake surrounded by tulips and marble tile
An inground pool, complete with 2 ladders and a diving-board, for easy acess
The weeping willow is surrounded by assorted flowers, and in both of the lakes are beautiful water lilies and cat's tails. There are three art easels, one at each section of devine beauty. By the swimming pool there are two wooden beach chairs, and by the squared lake there is a park bench. On the back deck attatched to the home, there is a grill. A very nice-high-quality grill. The Home is fully furnished.
The Homes features include:
One master suite, complete with restroom, shower, tub, plasma television, wardrobe, telephone, and all. The restroom in the Master suite has gorgeous glassy tiles, from which when you stand upon you can see the entrance hall.
Two Other Bedrroms perfect for those teenaged twins or just the kids. One of the rooms is a gothic-style room, furnished to the dark sim's liking, with red carpeting and rock walls. The other is pink, purple, and girly, but can be easily renovated to a male's liking. They both include one plasma television, one Luxiare loveseat, designed to match the room, one telephone, an end table to match the room's decor, one alarm clock for those days of school, a dresser, and a bookcase.
Two Living/Recreation Rooms
One is upstairs. The one upstairs includes an elegant wallpaper and hardwood flooring, a fishtank, a television, a stereo, and more.
The one downstairs is the main Rec Room. It includes a pinball machine, a telephone, a fireplace, a television, a stereo, and much more.
Entrance Hall/ Staircase room
The Entrance hall of the Tiarivera has a beautiful forest-green poures floor. It is full or decor, perfect for a good rating from the headmaster. Not only that but both doors of the entrance/exit hall are protected by burglar alarms!
Formal Dining Room
The Dining room is decorated with elegant gold-encrusted carpet, and is furnished with the finest objects.
Kitchen
The kitchen features a built in sink, trash compacter, dishwasher, fridge stove, fire alarm, phone and more, only of the highest quality.
Downstairs Restroom
The restroom down stairs is furnished with neutral colors, and decorated beautifully. It features a bathtub/shower combo and a high quality sink and toilet. It has one counter, 2 mirrors, one full-length and one above the sink and counter. There is also a corner shower.

There are many more features to the Tiarivera and it has been tested for one week. If there are any problems with this home let me know of them.

Sorry if my pictures are bad, I play on a mac under the system requirements, so this took me a while to build, so the pics might not be great. If your computer is above system requirements this will run beautifully... I hope.

The home is fully furnished, which means that the telescope you see in the first picture, is really THERE!!!

All of the burglar alarms and fire alarms you'll ever need are already there. Not only that, but there's a sideyard, so if you have nightlife there's space for a driveway.
