I've had this tudor country house in my game for a good long while and it has sat empty in my neighborhood for too long. I originally built it to the specs of the Croft Mansion from Tomb Raider III but never created an owners. After some slight architectural modification and landscape configuration, I give you Ivyclere. It sits on a 5x5 lot and carries a hefty 227,904 simolean price tag, unfurnished. This is not part of the heritage collection. :]

Cyclonesue's industrial chimney stacks are required for the house, but not included in the file, from The Sims Resource. Of course the house will be fine without them, but you won't have the look without them. Sorry folks.
