Hi!!!!

This is one of the largest houses that I have ever built...I usually like to stick to small houses...There are two options, you can download the fully furnished house(with Maxis only objects) on a medium lot(3x4), costing 316,123(thats a pretty penny!) with 4 Bedrooms and 2&1/2 Bathrooms, along with a workout room(the third floor), stage with instruments, hot tub, pool and a basement, or you can download the unfurnished version with 2&1/2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, with an extra room on the third floor, a stadge, a hot tub, and a basement or the unfurnished verisioncosting 102,470. They have not been played by any of my sims.

The horticulture includes palm trees, orange daisies, and yellow roses...Yeah this houses is kind of bright and sun shiney. But it still looks pretty good. I suggest hireing a gardener and maid to help around this house or your sims may never sleep!!!!
