This is a rather interesting community lot(3x2) because it has three different stores(a resturant, a pet shop, and a clothing store) on it. The resturant and the clothing shop are both 2 storys. It is fully furnished with Maxis only objects and there is also a little fountain area. It has bathrooms in the clothing shop and the cost of this lot is 175,661.
