~This House is on a 3X3 residential lot, 2 storys tall, is unfurnished, and it costs 78,389. It has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms...I never use any other downloads in my houses, so you only have to download the house

~This house is made of brick, with columns leading up to the porch. There is little tables and chairs around the lot and on the porch as well as a fountain area...other than that there is no funrishings.

~There are trees all around the lot along with many flowers so you might need a gardener, or something, because it will take a while to water all the flowers...but it is rather pretty!
