Here is my Ethereal Manor, located on a 2x3 lot. It is a 2 story house that looms over my sim's valley. It contains 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, 1 garage, 1 kitchen/dining room, and 3 balconies. It also has a pool out back. Sorry if you dislike windows...I can't seem to build a house with out a lot of them-this one is no exception...

This house comes in two options:

Unfurnished - for people whose computers can actually handle custom content and would rather have that in their house, rather than maxis only objects.

Furnished - contains maxis only objects, but completely furnished.
