Installation instructions:

As with most of my coastal homes, for the ocean flooded lot effect, the lot must be placed directly along the coastline. The best neighbourhoods for this is by Patul, this lot and the rest of the Palm Place series (coming soon), are were all created built in Patul's Laray neighbourhood. If the basement is flooded after placement, move to higher ground. This lot can also be placed inland - simply use terrain paints to fake the sea.

Additional note: If you do not have Niol's roof shader installed, the roof will appear much darker in your game.
