This is the house I grew up in for the longest amout of time. It use to belong to my grandmother and her first husband, they build it for there honeymoon insead of having a honeymoon.

Some of my best and worst memories where made here. This is my first attempt at creading a real life house and a split-lvl was not easy for a fist pic.

I know alot of people dont like basment houses but realy this one is soooo much easyer to live with since the basment is not sunk fully down thou there is some double walling in areas where the ground wouldnt smooth or couldnt.

I have been playing in it for a day and a half making ajustments here and there. It is almost the perfict family house for your sims needs

there is no costum content in this house its all maxis
