The New Beginnings Collection, is a series of houses, ranging from 1-3 bedroom, and going across the board from your basic bungalows, to holiday homes and villas. These are not the absolute in luxury living, but boast everything that is needed, and at other times quite a lot more too. In brief, these are the first or second homes your sims might buy, whether in the local neighbourhood, or abroad (not yet tested with Bon Voyage).

This second property is a starter bungalow, prime for the first time buyer couple or single person. It may be small, but it is perfectly formed. It has everything that is required for comfortable living, with the added luxury of a garage, for when a car is affordable to buy.
