The New Beginnings Collection, is a series of houses, ranging from 1-3 bedroom, and going across the board from your basic bungalows, to holiday homes and villas. These are not the absolute in luxury living, but boast everything that is needed, and at other times quite a lot more too. In brief, these are the first or second homes your sims might buy, whether in the local neighbourhood, or abroad (not yet tested with Bon Voyage).

The third property in this collection is a three bedroom house, fully furnished, decorated, and with a fully landscaped garden at the rear. There is also a driveway for any cars you may own. The property is perfect for a small family with either teenagers or toddlers.

The layout is as follows:

Ground Floor:
Kitchen-diner, Lounge, Study.

1st Floor:
Two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and a bathroom.

Outside landscaped garden.
