This is a retro house based upon a view of how houses of the future were seen in the 1970s. Along with the clean lines and big windows as normally seen in modern builds, you can also see the influence of classic brick building materials. This house is based on a real design called "1978" and actual house plans were used in the designing of it.

Outside we have a large swimming pool and limited garden space, some of which is landscaped already. Inside we have on the ground floor:

Study/Activity Room
Bathroom
Hall & Staircase
Open plan Lounge-Kitchen-Diner
Double Garage



And on the top floor we have:

The master suite - Bedroom with veranda, en-suite and walk-in wardrobe
Second Bedroom with en-suite
Hall with staircase



I had a single sim who lived a happy and fulfilled life in this lot, so it was thoroughly tested
