Hi Friends! I hope you are all enjoying the new EP, "Bon Voyage." I've been exploring the game and particularly like the "Three Lakes" destination. This is a home I've built for that Vacation Neighborhood.



I've modified the original plan, from Drummond Designs to make it a little more Sim-friendly (ie - moved the staircase out of the middle of the design, removed some closets). This has become one of my new favorite lots and I hope you and your Sims like it as well!



It features an attached garage, a first floor mastersuite and bathroom, a large living room with a fireplace that flows into the dining room and kitchen, several French doors leading out onto the terrace and patio, as well as two large sized rooms upstairs and a bathroom constructed from a dormer. The upstairs room could easily be used as additional bedrooms, or turn them into whatever you want - an office space, billiards room, home theater, etc.

This home fits snuggly on a 3x3 lot, has lots of pretty landscaping, and features some of the trees that came with the new EP. It is also reasonable priced at under $50,000 so it should be affordable for your Sims! I hope you like it!

Install Instructions

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
