2000 Dogwood Drive

Thank you for viewing the twentieth upload in my "Dogwood Drive" series. I really tried to challenge myself as a builder with this lot. This lot, like 1400 Dogwood Drive, took me a long time to complete! So long, in fact, that I lost the original site these plans came from. So, if anyone has seen these house plans before and knows what site it is posted on, please let me know so I can provide proper credit. Enough of that...on to the house!



The house is pretty spectacular. Priced at just $87,201, it has a finished basement, a large main living floor, and an ample third floor as well. The basement of this house definitely awaits your Sims' creative touch. There is room for bathrooms, bedrooms, a media room, a wine cellar - or just about anything!! The main floor has a formal living and dining room, a den, a bathroom, and a kitchen with a breakfast area. The third floor has room for a couple more bedrooms and another bathroom.

The house is situated on a large 4x5 lot, which is completely fenced, and the backyard has room for a pool, a swingset or two, and definitely plenty of space for a garden. I've landscaped around the perimeter of the house with some of my favorite trees and bushes.

One of my favorite things about the lot is the sprial staircase, and all the windows! One of my least favorite things about the lot is the roof - the angles I never could seem to get quite right!

Finally, this lot has been scanned and play tested through all four seasons. All in all, though, I am pretty happy with this house and hope you enjoy playing it too!
