1100 Dogwood Drive

This plan, from Global House Plans, is one that I've wanted to build for awhile. When I found Marvine's spiral staircase on the downloads page this weekend, I decided to give building it a shot!



This 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom house features an open floor plan and an attached garage. It has lots of windows, and plenty of French Doors opening to the outside...making this a perfect house for your new Bon Voyage Beach Lot or as a vacation home! It also has a living room with a fireplace, a large kitchen/dining area, several balconies/porches, and plenty of flowers and trees!
