After installing Bon Voyage I wanted to exchange my shopping district to a neighborhood that is more beachlot-friendly. So I edited Twikkii Island with a few more roads to make room for my houses from the old district. And in addition I can now put 13 new beachhouses (lotsize 3x5) along the coast.

There are no trees or other features in the neighborhood, you will have to decorate it yourself according to your heart desire.
