The Little Red School House - No CC

I wanted a small 'cheap to buy' school for my new hood and thought I would build the traditional little red schoolhouse with bell tower. (even though there isn't a bell) This is completely CC free but I recommend using my small blackboard, found here: https://www.modthesims.info/d/63817...-recolours.html The painting currently holding the place of a blackboard is two tiles wide.

(These were placed with the quartile cheat and I checked on a copy and sims can use the seats and won't get stuck near the wall.)

CFE used on the bell tower. Tested with a copy.
