Honeymoon project, far eastern shrine

This is the partner lot to my far easter honeymoon hotel. Originally I had planned to put the shrine and hotel on the same lot, but as I started to build it became apparent that they needed to be separate, so I bulldozed the lot and started again!

There isn't a lot to do at this lot, you can get married, and you can drink tea (shame the game had no way of having sake), then you have to go back to the hotel, because there is nowhere to pee!

I've made an effort to put in the important features of a Shinto shrine, but there is plenty of artistic license, and game restrictions that deviate from reality. It's quite pretty, and looks great in the neighbourhood.


The little pagoda simply has a wedding arch (I am really beginning to hate that arch, I wish EA would provide more alternatives) and some tea tables.

Because this is a vacation lot, I have no price for it, I think you could put it in your main 'hood, it probably would probably cost 20-30k
