Mod The Sims - 6 Far Eastern Lots - No CC: Blossom Ridge Part 1

First, I'll start with the motel

I wanted my low income sims to be able to enjoy the far East too, so I made a motel! This lodging area contains a variety of rooms, each containing 1-4 Beds. There are no amenities besides TVs in the rooms (you really only need a place to sleep anyway, right?) For those with a little extra spending money, there is a set of Villas:

Three of the villas contain a double bed, while 1 has an extra room containing 2 single beds. Most rooms contain a kitchenette. The hotel lobby has a set of bathrooms, espresso and coffee machines, and there is a tea table under one of the gazebos. For those sims who desire their very own far Eastern home (but can barely afford it) I made a small house costing around $14k.

The house is pretty simple, because I wanted it to be affordable. Here's the inside:

Now for the community lots! First up, a park:

I am really proud of this one! It features a meditation garden and a patio restaurant. After exploring the Gardens, hungry sims can dine at the Flaming Dragon Restaurant

This spacious eatery serves only the finest cuisine to its out-of-town visitors, whether it be a date night or a family outing. Finally, the spa:

No vacation is complete without a soak in the hot springs.This lot features 4 hot springs, 4 massage tables, 2 saunas, and a food stand (just in case all that relaxing makes you hungry!)
