Ok, I'm very excited about this download and I hope that it works well on your computer and in your game and I hope you enjoy it too!



This house was built on a 2x2 lot.

It costs $25,767

This is a four room cottage. That's 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, and a den.



This house comes fully furnished, but, depending on what you want in your house, you may want to delete some items and rearrage.

I'm sorry that there aren't many decorations/pictures on the walls. I hate to decorate a house on the sims. But, every window -except the tiny privacy windows- do have curtains or blinds on them.

Basically, this house is great for a newly wed couple or someone living by themselves. But, it's not big enough for more than 2 people unless you add on. I left the side and back yard blank because I didn't know exactly what I wanted to add.
