Smythfield Elementary is just a little farm school that I made for my 'country' kids. If you like, you could convert it over to a small house, as it has enough room. To make it more realistic you'll wont to download school objects, but I didn't want to add them myself because I don't like uploading lots that have custom content in them. But, for this one I did have to use the outside wood siding you see in the pictures:

This wood siding is called "theghostshipp" and can be found at this site: http://www.parsimonious.org/decorating2/wsiding/1.shtml Unless more siding is uploaded to that site, the particular siding you need to download is the FOURTH one over. But, to insure you have the correct one, just put your mouse over the pictures of the sidings and it tells you the names.

This "school" has 5 rooms. Two are bedrooms (one for the children, one for the teacher(s)). There is one bathroom, a combo kitchen/dinning/den, and ONE CLASSROOM. This school is currently suited for FOUR children. But, if you added on to the building, you could have additional classrooms.


Now, sorry this isn't top-of-the-quality as I didn't want to put blood & tears into a lot that no one was going to download. But, if this building is a success, I am skilled in building top-of-the-notch schools that include offices, nurses, guidence, gyms, librarys, weightrooms, cafeterias, and multiple classrooms. So, if you are interested in that type of building, then just tell me.

So basically, download if you wish....but it wont hurt my feelings if I don't get a lot of feedback from this.
