I had originally created nice walls that had paint splatters on them, to use in this, but, something went wrong in transfering from a differnt account, so, anyhow, this is custom content free, so, feel free to add your own.

My original plan for this, was to make a really creative sim live in it...and make it an artist studio, full of canvases and what not, but...for some reason my finger must of been superglued to the clicker button when making the outside walls, because, this 'apartment' is actually very big for 1 sim, and, extremely difficult to furnish and keep under $20,000. I seriously had less then $3,000 to furnish with, so, sorry about the tacky, and lack of furnishings! So, move in a rich sim, or, get your poor sim a really good job, because, with all the spaces you'll have with this house, you're gonna need the money to do a little decorating!

Info: Enter into kitchen, separated from living by half walls. One (1) bathroom downstairs. Stairs lead to a loft bedroom (no walls separating it from prying eyes....so purchase curtains!) In my opinion, you could probably turn this into a 2 bedroom or, 2 bathroom studio. Or, just move in a lonely sim whom loves space! Also has driveway for 1 car.
