Hello,
This is my latest creation.
I had lots of help on this one...and if you visit the creator forums, then you might of witnessed the houses amazing transformation.
First off, in game this house says "Affordable Family Home"...well, it was going to be affordable...but, yeah...$32,514 unfurnished isn't very affordable!

Well, lets get to the point, yeah?

First floor has:

-Den/Living area
-Kitchen/Dining
-Bath
-Optional Room [bed/office/library/other]

Second floor has:

-Bedroom [currently decked out in girly colors]
--bed's own bath
-Master suite [bed & bath]
-Small hall

The outside is mostly landscaped...you may want to change a few things here or there...also, if you delete a tree or two...those of you that have to have a car on every lot you play...can have a garage or driveway! There is a pool and swingset already in the back.....everything else can be up to you as to what you want where...

AND REMEMBER...NO EXPANSIONS OR STUFF PACKS NEEDED! BASE GAME ONLY....B/C I NO LONGER HAVE EXPANSIONS ON MY COMPUTER...SO, THIS LOT DOESN'T REQUIRE WHAT MY OTHERS DO.....
