Autumn Arden w/ Toddler House

Sorry this took so long, I know for some people winter is starting but we had the power knocked out here with all the wind storms lately. With all the great custom content that exist out there for toddlers now, I thougt it would be fun to create lot with a backyard playhouse for the little ones. They can't use the kitchen items ofcourse but everything else is toddler friendly and most is specifically for their use.

The first floor has 2 bedrooms and a large bath as well as a open kitchen and livingroom area.
The ground floor has the toddler house with it's two bedrooms, bath and kitchen/living room area as well as an unfurnished basement with two extra rooms.

Please note In order for the toddlers to use the sofa, they must already been potty trained.

Where permission was given I have include some of the objects however because I only have the base game I have included only basegame versions of her toddler objects. Some of those objects may not work with your eps so you may want to check for yourself. They are:

No EP's but I do have the Holiday Edition so there is a slight chance I may have put content in that was specific to that, though I doubt it.

Install Instructions

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
