There are 4 possible bedrooms, 3 baths - one a private bath for the master bedroom, huge living room, large dining room and kitchen and a back porch. Large outdoor balcony on the second floor and indoor balcony overlooks the living room below.

No EP's but I do have the Holiday Edition so there is a slight chance I may have put content in that was specific to that, though I doubt it.
