Faire Weather Residential Lot

While this is my first upload to MTS2 it isn't my first upload so I'll leave it at that.

This is residential lot built as a family home, but it is unfurnished so you can adjust the rooms to be used as you see fit. There is no custom content included in this lot, everything is Maxis through and through - not my personal favorite way of building a house, but for this one I left it that way for simplicity sake.



A two-story house, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, pond, greenhouse, back deck, front porch, second floor back deck, an enclosed room with large windows which can be used as an indoor 'observatory' so your Sims can use their telescopes without worrying about any adverse weather going on outside.



The first floor has a kitchen with plenty of room to put a dining table right there for in-kitchen eating. There is a large entry-room which can be set up for multiple uses such as placing a desk for the kids to do their homework right after school. A bathroom with enough room to make it a full-sized bath, a room off of the kitchen to make into a family room or den, a music room or television/entertainment room. The living room is on the far right of the first floor. A double staircase leads to the central part of the second floor.



The second floor has a master bedroom with its own bathroom, a large central area to use as you see fit with the upper deck right off of it, two smaller bedrooms and a separate bathroom. The large front room is designed for the 'observatory' and has plenty of room for placing additional objects such as workbenches or electric entertainment machines.

All rooms are designed to be spacious, roomy and accommodate a good sized family and plenty of pets if you desire them.

The yard has plenty of room for adding more trees or landscaping, a large orchard or a hot tub. The greenhouse has plenty of room to plant all of the vegetable selections available. The pond is large for family-sized fishing. There isn't any fencing with this lot (most of my lots have fencing) so if you prefer to keep those wolves and strays out you'll have to put one up of your own design (Maxis or custom).

This lot was designed originally for those who didn't have too much in the way of expansion packs or stuff packs, or the capability of fast download, so I kept it pretty simple. It will probably be the only one I ever do that is this sparse in the way of building, but this lot is pretty easy to make changes to, so enjoy making it your own!
