Is your single or widowed elderly Sim lonely? Move them into the Simhaven Nursing Home! This gorgeous 2 story home for seniors includes: a library, music room, computer room, fitness center with indoor pool and locker rooms, game area, a spacious kitchen and dining area (with plenty of room for parties!), upstairs deck with a hot tub, a TV area, and an outdoor bbq area. Each elderly Sim will have their own bedroom with a double bed, dresser and easel and will share a bathroom with one other senior. There is also an onsite apartment for a married couple or a single caretaker. Let your Sim spend their golden years in a happy home environment!

Note: When I first began playing this lot, I created a Sim husband and wife in CAS, used the motherlode cheat, and then moved them in to live in the downstairs caretaker apartment. I have them cook 3 meals a day and help keep the seniors occupied.
