As my neighborhood grew, I decided it'd be nice to have a nursing home to stick some of my Elder sims into, because I don't like people dying off, but having a bunch of old couples taking up lots... can't have that! So I came up with this.

It'd also make an excellant dorm. I designed the basement to house DMA worker sims to take care of the place.

Contains DMA hacked objects, may contain other hacks, I don't really know how to purify a package to ensure it doesn't contain hacks.

Partially furnished. I left the individual rooms unfurnished, so each couple could put thier own things in it.

University definitely required.
