This lot is a Nursing Home. I own Pets, University, Apartment Life, Nightlife and Family Fun Stuff. There are 10 apartments inside, each that will hold two people (diff. beds, of course) to hold 20 people total. The lot is priced at $339,412, and each apartment is priced from $690 - $730. Lot completely tested and has the following custom contents by HP:

HP's Poppies, Pansies and Daisies, each in half-tiles and full tiles which you can get HERE.

The apartments are based a little on the little room that my great-grandma lives in. Basically a bed for each occupant, an odd-and-end here-or-there for each, and a curtain/half-wall between the two (kinda like two rooms in one, and they share the bathroom). This is meant for old people (roommates or an elderly couple), though of course all the townies will likely be adult sims.

From a zoomed out view, the apartment looks cluttered, but that's only because it is zoomed out. If you look closely at just one apartment, it looks neat and tidy, and rather cozy, at least in my opinion.

Just to clarify, the white room on the second floor is a sort of medical chamber for your sick sims. Four tiny rooms, a medicine cabinet, some counters, etc. The beds can be used by your sims who own apartments.

Please note that, as usual, unless you follow the instructions HERE about how to rent an apartment furnished, you will not find any furniture in your apartment except for the shower, sink and toilet.
