Dereliction House

In 1932 a small motel was built in the Harbour Heights district. It was a quaint and cosy place, but a year after it was built the owner died. It was inherited by his good-for-nothing nephew who turned the place into a haven for drugs and prositution. The home boasts living on two levels, but be warned - it requires extensive remodelling. The wood is rotting, the carpets reek of urine and all fixtures have been stripped - yes - they even took the toilet! We were able to clear out the inside of the home, however, should you buy the place, clearing out the front yard will be at your own expense. I hope that your sims will enjoy this unique experience.



I had some trouble packaging all the custom content and unfortunately I was forced to include a folder containg the items that would not package. Please make sure that you place the folder containing the custom content into your downloads folder BEFORE you install the lot or the content will not display properly. This lot also includes custom modular stairs by Brasstex.
