Description:
This beautiful villa is suitable for the more affluent Sim family. It does not come cheap but is worth every simoleon. This beautifully landscaped home has a large swimming pool as its focal point. The two-storey home also includes a basement. It is suitable for 6+ Sims. It is fully furnished and includes landscaping and carport for two cars.

Ground Floor:
The villa has two entrances accessed on either side of the pool. This floor contains a small study, full bathroom, living room with fireplace, dining room and large kitchen. The kitchen includes a dining counter and an area for watching TV.

First Floor:
This floor houses four large bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom (with en-suite) is striking with the bed on an elevated platform. The en-suite also has the bath elevated and is accessed by stairs.

Basement:
The basement level is essentially unfurnished. The only furnishings are a pool table and card table. It can be converted into a games room or additional bedrooms if required.
