Hotel-Restaurant Surlo

This lot is an update of a dorm I uploaded in 2006. I made the necessary changes to tranform it in an hotel. The main change is that I changed the heigth to make it 'Twikkii' compatible to be placed on the sea side of this hollydays neighbourhood, of course you can place it anywhere else.
The first floor have the entrance, a rest room, a game room and a sport room with massage, showers and sauna. Underground there is a restaurant with terrasse on the sea side. Outside your Simmies can enjoy with the swiming pool
First floor is for four cheapest rooms (2 with terraces), all with complete bathroom, bookcase, TV, phone and computer (free wifi ?).

On the second floor there are two expensive rooms with terrace and a lot of accomodations


This Lot is 100% EA, without any CC.

As wrote Mihura, Surlo is "sur l'eau", "on the water" in french... naming is so often the worse moment of an upload and Surlo was my first idea.
For Larsson (nice idea the numbers to name lots ) there is NO unfurnished version for community lots, especially for a lot without CC
