Ischia is a volcanic island in the Tyrrhenian Sea, at the northern end of the Gulf of Naples, Italy.
This Resort is inside a wonderful natural park and built over rocks and caverns.

Swim in the famous cavern pool at night, it could be very romantic
(see the pic below)


Restaurant serves best italian food.
At ground floor:
reception, restaurant, cavern pool, saunas, public bathrooms, massage area, garden
At first floor:
three suites
suite 001 for 2 sims (about 1300 §)
suite 002 for 3 sims (about 900 §)
suite 003 for 4 sims (about 1400 §) (two bathrooms)



Suites are big and comfortable with large terrace for sea-view.
001 is best suite-click to see the section of suite 001

Lot is built to play with two vision, front vision (from the street) and opposite vision (from the sea). For right view, follow the arrows for vision as shown in this image
practically speaking, play with front view for front buildings and with the opposite for back buildings.



> The file IschiaUnfurn.rar isn't furnished and contain only custom build objects (wall, floors, window, doors). It comes as a community lot, so you can furnish it and transform into a lodging (with the cheat "changelotzoning hotel")
