---------Brief---------

Today I bring you Reuben Hills. It is a completely original design by me. It is a semi modern lot styled around the 1990's - 2000 versions of modern. The wood siding gives it the look of blending into nature.

This lot consists of 4 levels: The basement, main level, 2nd level & the 3rd level. Levels 2 and 3 are the floors that have the bedrooms. The basement is more of a recreation area. BV and NL didnt have a pool table to choose from the catologue so I have left some room in the basement to put one it. The main floor is where the kitchen, living & dining rooms are, it also has the foyer.
