This creation was part of my Belladonna Cove transformation project. Similarly to my Green Gables lot, I've been building a range of San Francisco inspired Victorian lots and am extremely pleased with this one.

Until recently, this had never really been a build style I had experimented with, given that I used to play the three starter neighbourhoods and kept all my builds within their respective styles.

Now I've done a fair bit of testing, I actually think the building options within this style offer more detail, interest and texture than any of the other items from previous expansion packs. I like the grandness of these designs and how the front of the property has so much character, despite the dated graphics.

Although I planned to have the houses resemble two San Fran townhouses, the more I continued to decorate, the more I felt they started to feel quite European, particularly resembling West London properties. I'd consider these to have a Neo Victorian feel, with the left hand property crossing over to Regency.

This is the first time I've built two homes on one lot. I like how both are distinctive in character, but sit well together on the same lot. Each have four bedrooms, three floors, their own back gardens and separate roof terraces.

The lot is really adaptable too. In my neighbourhood I have them as a 4 apartments, so do with them as you will. Either way, I hope you like the lot as much as I do and enjoy playing.
