This lot is based on the house that my parents currently live in. The lot itself is very very close to what their yard looks like and I am very happy with the way it turned out. This house has everything that your sim family could need. I really love where my parents live. If you can picture yourself standing on the deck and looking through the trees that line the creek you will see a waving wheat field that slopes up a big hill. It is rather a beautiful sight. Beyond the fence by the garden is the neighbors horses and goats frolicking around. Ahh, the wonders of rural Kansas.

-Creek with all kinds of trees

The wheel chair ramp was installed in 1986 when the house was remodeled. My grandparents had originally lived in this house when this work was done. However the wheel chair ramp was for my Great Grandma who was living with them at the time. It doesn't get much use these days but it's nice to know that it's there when it is needed.
