Yet another download. This one is unique in shape. Obviously it is octagonal for those sims who like symmetry to their lives. It is completely unfurnished with no custom content included for those of you who want to use your imaginations. This lot is based on yet another lot from thehousedesigners.com. The lot includes:

4 bedrooms
1 den
1 living room
1 kitchen/dining
4 bathrooms
1 general area
1 garage
2 decks (1 in front and 1 in back)
