Well, here is number 2 in my Mulberry Duplex Collection. Both apartments are exactly the same in layout and also in furniture and color choice. Each apartment can comfortably house a family of 3. There is also a spacious yard for each apartment to have freetime activities.

Each Apartment Includes:
2 Bedrooms
1 Bathroom
Kitchen/Dining Room
Living room

I used Numenor's Any Game Starter to create this awesome lot. So, indeed this lot only requires Apartment Life to work. A link will be provided to the Any Game Starter in the additional credits section.

Please, whatever you do, please do not put a gate into the fences. Read this tutorial for more information on this request. Also, read that same tutorial on how to rent an apartment that is furnished.
