Here's a belated Christmas present for everyone at MTS2!

This unique farmhouse was designed by famous Sim architect Frank Lloyd Wrong, decorated by his assistant Miss Kitty Hawke, and built by his brothers Wilbur and Orville. The home features an octagonal entry, with small dining area for rainy grilling days,

the next level is also a small octagonal room, where Miss Kitty placed a piano, game area and sitting area.

The top level is the actual living area with an open-plan living room/office, dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bath. There are private balconies opening to each bedroom, the living area and the kitchen.

The grounds include a driveway, greenhouse, two fenced gardens ready to plant, orchards, a small pool and lush landscaping. The greenhouse is furnished with a florist's unit and shelving, so that it is ready for a home-based business.
