The Break-Down ~ Ok, so your new COUPLE (can EASILY accomodate 2+ Sims) can't find a place to go! They only have 20,000 simoleans, but need to get out of their parents house. So, they decide to look at some houses, it is guaranteed that they will buy this house...HANDS DOWN!
