Back again! I have been getting alot of positive feedback and a PHENOMINAL amount of downloads that it has actually pushed me to build mor!e (Running out of ideas! Feel free to suggest something!)

So without further ado, this spectacular Starter house has...

So, to continue tradition, here is a little scenario on why this house DESERVES to be downloaded!

So, you have an old coot of a sim who is REALLY getting on your nerves...He just won't leave his new born grandchild alone! So, his loving son kicks him out of the house. You know he didn't save up for retirement and is a lazy old fart-bag who just likes to chill out on the couch. There is no WAY he could afford any fancy living! And wouldn't you know it... CINNAMON COTTAGE saves the day! Your crazy old coot lives happily ever after...Or dies tragically, depending on how you sim!
