This is a beach lot that i recently created which has no custom content. The lot has 3Br 2Ba and can overall fit 5 Sims. I have added a pool for Sims that don't like swimming in the ocean. I forgot to add a driveway to this lot but it should still be a great addition to your neighborhood without it, besides it has a wonderful garden as an alternative.
