This community lot is a great place for your sims to hang out and find a new pair of clothes. The community lot features a plant store, a restaurant, an electrical store, a games store and a clothes store. There was some tricky interlevel mod stuff going on here and for some reason there is a level inbetween. Ignore that level as the ceiling is too low and you won't be able to build anything there. If you wanted to and you knew what you were doing then I suppose you could lift the height of the top story so the middle level was usable and you could use it as a nightclub. The lot is fully furnished and i hope your sims are satisfied with their visit to this lot.
