This is a large (almost 2 stories high) freestanding, self-illuminated display sign, suitable for use on lots such as strip malls and larger gas stations. So that the sign can be seen from adjacent lots, I have made it visible in neighborhood view - this should not cause an undue strain on your computer as the mesh is very small, although the texture is on the large side.

The sign can be found in lighting > misc, or in the community lot catalog in outside > lighting and costs $2000.

Due to the lighting definition used, you must at least have OFB installed for the sign to work. There are six recolors included along with the mesh.
