Hill Valley Manor, the cliff top home for the neighborhood's wealthy and elite.



This home literally hangs off the hill, allowing your Sims to keep a watchful eye on all of the poor peons below. Yes, here they live the good life: two swimming pools, a spacious master suite accessed by the outdoor breezeway, a spacious great room overlooking the valley below with a large vaulted glass ceiling, all topped off by a beautiful living roof, with tons of space to add more gardens and patios as needed.



The Entry. It OOZES drama. You approach it from the raised front garden, walking down the steps into the breezeway, and forward into the Main Hall. The whole length of the Main Hall is topped by a vaulted glass ceiling, opening iit up to the living roof and the sky beyond.



The Living Roof, as seen from the back of the house. A full flower garden covers the roof, providing a beautiful and unique setting for pretty much anything your sims. Add a hot tub to enjoy the beautiful combination of the flower gardens and the dramatic setting of the broad valley below. Or, in the winter, cozy up by the fire in the open living room, enjoying the view of the entire town blanketed in snow.

This house needs a property with a steep valley from the road, in order for the levels and terracing to make sense. As far as EPs and SPs, I have all of them, so I don't exactly know what the base requirement is for the lot to work. I'm pretty sure the absolute base is Seasons, the Appliances are from Freetime, and some of the wallpapers MAY be from Family Fun Stuff. Other than that, I don't think any other SPs are really needed.

About half of the rooms are pretty nondescript, and can be used for anything. The only furniture included is the kitchen, bathrooms, and lights- all Maxis
