I've always loved the Summerdream house, but it seemed too funky for me: mismatched walls and floors, awkward floor plan, almost unusuable backyard (I like my backyards clean and flat, for the most part), etc. But not anymore! I have de-funkified it for your simming pleasure. The backyard, it is totally revamped to where there is a nice patio/pool/grilling area, complete with a greenhouse (I also leveled the ground as much as possible). Enjoy!
