53 Oakridge Drive - by request

Oakridge Drive™ is my series of houseplans which I stumble upon online. Like larsson1970 (whose downloads you should see) I believe my Sims should live real so I use real houseplans.
So deter4955 whom I'd built 46 Oakridge Drive sent me an e-mail requesting another lot and I was happy to oblige! So today I bring you a nice european inspired house. Please note that on the second floor the master bedroom is missing the walk-in closet because this was a request from deter4955. He wanted more space in the 4th bedroom so that's what I did. In final, I hope you enjoy the lot!
