Oakridge Drive™ is my series of houseplans which I stumble upon online. Like larsson1970 (whose downloads you should see) I believe my Sims should live real so I use real houseplans.
This lot was requested by GOAKilic42 because their game was causing them problems and they couldn't get the lot to be built properly. So I was happy to help and here's the result which I quite like and hope you will too.



This house has:
- 3 bedrooms and 2,5 baths

- partially furnished (all plumbing, lighting, some electronics, and counters)

- style: Crafstman, Northwest
