I was cruising for interesting floorplans again, when I came across this little beauty:
I thought it would make a fabulous vacation home, either on the beach or lake side. I decided though, because beach lots are such a pain in the rear, to build it on a normal lot. That's right folks, no having to worry about the build location and placement on this one.

This floorplan hosts the perfect place for your bill table and coat rack in the front entry way. There's room for your washer & dryer in the bathroom or storage closet. It also has walkout basement!
The kitchen and bathroom has the necessary accoutrements, including lights, smoke alarm and cabnetry. There is minimal, illustration matching, landscaping and porch & deck lights.
